Job Responsibilities For Partnerships Development Officer:

  • Build a thorough understanding of each stakeholder’s priorities and interests, and assess their alignment with Manar’s vision and mission.
  • Develop concept notes and initial proposals that reflect Manar’s value proposition and create openings for future collaborative projects.
  • Draft proposals that emphasize win-win outcomes and enhance prospects for joint funding.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Projects Development Officer to prepare detailed feasibility studies and complete project proposals.
  • Prepare professional communication documents and deliver tailored presentations for potential partners.
  • Track progress of conversations and opportunities with partners and document the relationship development process.

Qualifications and Experience Partnerships Development Officer:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, strategic relations, or business development within nonprofit or social impact contexts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze context and potential partners.
  • Full fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
