Job Title: Graphic designer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design visual materials for digital platforms and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and update the organization’s visual identity elements.
- Create designs for events and activities, including print materials and billboards.
- Produce digital designs for websites such as banners and ad creatives.
- Design layouts for internal reports and project profiles.
- Collaborate with content writers and video editors to ensure alignment between text and visuals.
- Prepare standardized design templates for repeated use.
- Implement quick design adjustments based on team requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in visual design, with strong knowledge of digital platforms and their standards.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in designing for digital platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to prepare files for both print and digital publishing.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining visual identities.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under the pressure of campaigns.
