Job Title: Head of Marketing and Creative Department
Work Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Nature: Office-based
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Marketing Department in alignment with the approved policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of the new operational framework (SOPs, workflow, editorial policy manual).
- Manage daily marketing team tasks and allocate work based on priorities and required outputs.
- Coordinate efforts across platforms (Manar, Bedar, Sary, Imkan) and any other platform affiliated with Manar Foundation, providing marketing support as needed.
- Manage the organization’s websites, platforms, and related systems, ensuring integration with social media channels to enhance user experience.
- Ensure the execution of monthly publishing plans and their alignment with the overall corporate communications plan.
- Coordinate with other departments (Corporate Communications Sections, Operations Department, Partnerships Development Section, Human Resources Section, IT Section).
- Monitor marketing performance indicators and analyze performance reports (KPIs-OKRS-Reports Reviews).
- Submit periodic reports to senior management on workflow progress, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with the quality of marketing outputs, reviewing editorial and visual materials before publication.
- Participate in selecting digital tools and platforms and activate their use within the team.
- Lead weekly planning meetings and coordination meetings with teams and platforms.
- Adopt the organizational culture within the Marketing Department based on the approved models and systems, documenting SOPs and standardizing content and report templates to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or equivalent: Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing or managing marketing teams, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Deep understanding of marketing campaign management, content production, publishing planning, and maintaining corporate identity.
- Proficiency in using digital work tools (e.g., Google Drive, ERP, CRM, ClickUp, Trello, Notion).
- Good knowledge of utilizing and activating AI tools to serve organizational goals and facilitate the work of the marketing team.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both Arabic and English.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work within a team.
- Excellent skills in organization, time management, leading meetings, and cross-team communication.
- Strong ability to guide individuals toward efficiency and effectiveness and motivate them.
- Interest in the organization’s areas of work (e.g., social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, social responsibility, volunteering…).
