Job Responsibilities For Head of Business Intelligence:

• Development and Implementation of Business Monitoring Strategies:
  
  • Design and implement business monitoring strategies that contribute to improving service quality and enhancing data analysis in line with customer feedback and organizational needs.
  • Supervise the preparation of monthly internal bulletins and quarterly reports for external stakeholders.
• Data Management and Analysis:
  
  • Conduct complex data analyses to identify trends and opportunities that directly impact business development strategies.
  • Develop and improve graphical interfaces and reports to maximize understanding and impact.
• Collaboration and Partnership Building:
  
  • Collaborate with other department managers to enhance resource development plans and attract talents and revenue opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with organizations and experts to support data analysis.
• Project and Team Management:
  
  • Lead and manage the data analysis and business monitoring team, including training and capacity building.
  • participate in the design and implementation projects to enhance community engagement and develop analytical reports using large databases.
• Quality Improvement Initiatives:
  
  • Oversee the cleaning and reorganization of databases and the improvement of their performance.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators, updating them regularly to measure impact and results.
• Development of a Plan for Surveys, Polls, and Field Studies:
  
  • Identify and develop indicators in the field of community engagement to measure impacts and results.
  • Design and implement surveys and field studies to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and programs.

Qualifications and Experience For Head of Business Intelligence:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and business monitoring, with a preference for experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong skills in statistical analysis and the use of data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English.
