Job Responsibilities For Programs and Projects Development Expert:

• Prepare and write professional, compelling project proposals and grant applications.
• Contribute to the design of programs and projects in line with the Foundation’s strategic direction.
• Identify and monitor relevant local and international funding and grant opportunities that align with the Foundation’s goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (research, implementation, partnerships) to collect the necessary data for proposal development.
• Prepare preliminary project budgets in collaboration with other departments.
• Build and strengthen relationships with donors and potential partners.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluation reports for ongoing projects.
  
• Track submitted applications and document processes and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience For Programs and Projects Development Expert:

• A university degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, International Development, Development Studies, Economics, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience in grant writing and the development of nonprofit or social projects.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Good knowledge of project design tools such as Theory of Change and Logical Framework.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
