Stakeholder Relations Assistant

Public Relations & Stakeholders

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, mapping, classifying, and periodically updating stakeholder records.
  • Enter, track, and organize stakeholder data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Support ongoing communication with stakeholders in line with management supervision and organizational policies.
  • Prepare simplified, periodic reports on stakeholder interactions, meetings, and levels of engagement.
  • Coordinate the management of relevant meetings, workshops, and engagement activities, and follow up on related administrative aspects.
  • Follow up on official correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and systematic archiving.
  • Support the implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and contribute to improving communication and interaction mechanisms.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Section Head within the scope of work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in relationship management or community-based work.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skills in organizing events and implementing community engagement programs.
  • Commitment to deadlines, flexibility, and the ability to work with changing task priorities.
  • Initiative and interest in areas of community development and social responsibility are considered an advantage.
