Job Responsibilities For Stakeholder Relations Officer:

  • Develop and update the stakeholder database and ensure its integration across platforms.
  • Implement effective strategies for communication and engagement with members.
  • Highlight success stories and inspiring contributions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of consultations and training tailored to members’ needs.
  • Recommend experts and trainers to support the implementation of programs and projects.
  • Collect and analyze membership data to improve performance and services.
  • Organize events that enhance stakeholder engagement and sense of belonging.
  • Conduct surveys to gather member feedback and assess their satisfaction with services and programs.

Qualifications and Experience For Stakeholder Relations Officer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or equivalent: Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, or any related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in relationship management, community building, or working with members/volunteers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Skill in preparing and executing promotional plans and community engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with database management tools and membership management platforms.
  • Ability to organize community events and activities.
  • Proficiency in digital work tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM platforms, email tools).
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work within a team.
  • Interest in the organization’s areas of work (e.g., social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, social responsibility, volunteerism).
