Job Responsibilities For Project Manager:
Team and Resource Management:
- Form and organize a multidisciplinary team.

Project Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Track work progress and ensure tasks are carried out according to the plan.
- Conduct periodic evaluations to measure project progress and goal achievement.
- Address any challenges or issues that arise during implementation.
Budget and Financial Resource Management:
- Ensure efficient and transparent use of financial resources.
- Provide regular reports to donors or concerned parties on fund usage.
- Work towards achieving financial sustainability for the project.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks that may impact the project.
- Develop contingency plans to address any emerging issues.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress and impact.
- Document lessons learned to inform future projects.
Final Evaluation and Reporting:
- Conduct a final evaluation after project completion to assess its impact on the community or area.
- Submit a detailed report outlining achievements and analyzing results compared to initial objectives.
- Define clear project objectives in line with developmental needs.
- Develop a detailed action plan including timelines and required resources.
- Determine the necessary project budget.
Qualifications and Experience For Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences (Economics, Business Administration, Project Management), or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in project management, preferably in development projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to ensure effective planning and execution.
- Experience in preparing and writing periodic and technical reports.
- Strong organizational and task coordination skills to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in preparing presentations and analytical reports to clearly present data and results.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
